1. As a rule never skip breakfast.
2. Proteins should be taken in moderate amount, and thus only small quantity of milk be taken with your cereals like cornflakes and porridge etc.
3. Papaya or watermelon, a glass of lassi or a small helping of cornflakes with a little milk without sugar helps to maintain weight.
4. Use finely sliced unpeeled apple or pear slices in the cereal for sweetness instead of sugar.
5. One can have sandwiches of hari chutney (dhaniya or pudina) with tomato or kheera slices (avoid putting salt on it, as the chutney makes up for the taste).
6. Always eat papaya and rub the peel on your face for special glow.

Diet enables maintenance of Weight
1. One must make sure that one is eating minimum sugar, butter, ghee, margarine and oil.
2. One should also endeavour to avoid eating proteins moderately and proteins include pulses, lentils,(dals,channas,rajmah,peas etc.), nuts, milk, cheese, dahi.
3. One should endeavour to eat lots of fresh fruits and vegitables.
4. It is advisable to eat non veg moderately (non veg includes chicken,mutton and fish).
5. Preferably eat whole wheat bread and cereals like whole wheat flour roti and brown rice.
6. One should walk atleast 1 mile briskly in 15 minutes and it enables burning atleast 100 calories.

2. One should eat while sitting down.
3. Do not eat in front of television or a movie or while cooking or standiing as unconsciously one tends to eat more.
3. One should use small bowls for dal and curd etc.
4. Avoid tendency of refilling the plate.
5. Chew food properly and take atleast 21 minutes for eating.
6. Use wordd like healthy food habit instead of dieting as it gives a positive spirit.

Tomato Juice can Help Improve Complexion
